Carmel Anthem

"

Sing the praise of Carmel Garden

Heart of every one to gladden

Spread the good name far and wide

Every morn and even tide

CHORUS:

Truth in thought and every word,

Service all the days and ways

Lead the life along this road,

Through the thick and thin of days.

Let us gather all resources,

Blending mental moral forces,

Nurture every human pod,

For the glory of our Lord.

Onward march to reach your fine goal

Upward climb while saving your soul,

Keeping face so smiling soft,

Holding Carmel banner aloft.

Our Legacy

Since 1964

Carmel Garden, the pioneering Matriculation School for boys in Coimbatore, was founded on 1st June 1964 by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Coimbatore under the esteemed leadership of His Excellency Most Rev. Francis M. Savrimuthu.

Over the decades, the institution has marked remarkable milestones-celebrating its Silver Jubilee in 1989-90, its Golden Jubilee in 2014-15, and its Diamond Jubilee in 2026-27 each occasion reflecting its enduring commitment to excellence in education.

As we cherish this significant phase in our journey, we remain guided by our motto, Go Back to the Original, reaffirming our dedication to foundational values. We believe that education is a powerful instrument of social transformation, and that the classroom shapes the destiny of future generations. Our mission is to provide holistic education rooted in Christian values and self-discipline, fostering the social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and intellectual growth of every child. We strive to inspire resilience-drawing motivation from success and wisdom from challenges-while nurturing a strong bond among management, students, and parents. With faith and purpose, we seek divine guidance to transform our vision into meaningful action.
